What will it take for Postdocs to win a great contract in 2020? An engaged community of thousands of Postdocs working together! If you’re interested in learning more about how we can build Postdoc power to better collectively advocate for and make progress on the issues we care about, we invite you to join our “Building Postdoc Power” skill building happy hour.

In 90 minutes, we will:

  • Practice communication skills and get comfortable talking with colleagues about our Union and our upcoming contract negotiations
  • Strategize about how Postdocs can participate throughout the bargaining process to win big improvements in 2020
  • Learn leadership skills to help grow our community of engaged Postdocs and build Postdoc power
  • Enjoy pizza and beverages and meet fellow Postdocs!
