Authorship and other forms of academic credit are of course important for our career advancement. We want to hear from you about how authorship disputes have impacted your experience as a Postdoc and how we can most effectively make progress on this critical issue in upcoming contract negotiations. Can you take a couple minutes to fill out our authorship survey?

Then join us for our monthly campus membership meeting where we’ll discuss disputes around academic credit, and strategies to make improvements in this area.

San Diego Membership Meeting – Tax Presentation with H&R Block Representative @ CNCB large conference room

At this month’s membership meeting we’ll be joined by a tax professional from H&R Block to discuss the basics of filing Federal and State taxes, including issues affecting fellows and international scholars. We will also discuss how recent changes to the tax law will impact Postdocs. Your peers are also an excellent resource for tax questions and this will be a good opportunity to ask questions and share information.
